Where do you ship?
We ship across the United States from regional warehouses. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
How much is shipping?
A flat $6.95 for standard shipping — and free on orders of $39 or more.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse we email you a tracking link. If it is not in your inbox, please check the spam folder.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery. Items must be unused, clean and in their original packaging. Email us with your order number and we will send return instructions.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and major credit or debit cards through PayPal checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not shipped yet, email us within 24 hours of ordering and we will do our best to update or cancel it.
Are your products safe for pets?
Our products are made from pet-safe materials and are tested by our team. As with any pet product, please supervise your pet during use, especially with toys.
